This policy explains what personal information Living Trust Property collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Living Trust Property™ is operated by PT Living Trust Group. Contact: livingtrustproperty@gmail.com.
Browsing the listings
You can browse every listing without an account. We count page visits to see which homes are viewed. These counts use the country your connection comes from and the kind of device, and do not store your IP address. Your browser keeps one small note that you have visited before, so a returning visit is counted once.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use them to sign you in, to keep the homes you save, and, for staff, to give each person the access their role allows. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in; signing out removes it.
When you contact us or rent with us
When you ask about a home, book a stay, or list your property with us, we keep what is needed to arrange and run it: your name and contact details, the stay or the property, payments, and the agreements between us. We keep accounting records for as long as Indonesian tax law requires.
Google user data
Living Trust Property asks for access to Google Drive for one account only: the company's own Google account, livingtrustproperty@gmail.com. It uses that access to save listing photos, booking backups and accounting documents into the company's own Drive. We never ask guests, property owners or staff for access to their Drive.
Living Trust Property's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services that run this site and store our records (Google and Cloudflare), with a property's owner or tenant when a stay between them needs it, and where the law requires it.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to livingtrustproperty@gmail.com. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for that time.
- Remove this site's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
